Marc C. Mayfield is a board-certified lawyer in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to the day-to-day management of the firm, Marc represents clients in a broad range of litigation and non-litigation matters.
Frank Weedon
Frank Weedon is a board-certified lawyer in worker’s compensation law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He represents injured workers and handles all forms of civil and administrative litigation arising from insurance claims, including bad faith and deceptive trade practices.
J. Brandt Thorson
J. Brandt Thorson is a former Gregg County felony prosecutor who joined Mayfield Weedon as an associate in 2006. Brandt puts the experience he gained in the District Attorney’s office to use handing criminal defense cases for the firm. Brandt also represents clients in a wide variety of civil matters including workers’ compensation, personal injury, probate and social security disability cases.
Zach Austin
Zach Austin, a former prosecutor, both in the Dallas and Gregg County District Attorneys’ Offices, joined Mayfield Weedon, L.L.P. in 2008 as an associate. Zach handles criminal defense cases, as well as all aspects of family law, including divorces, custody modifications, adoptions and child support proceedings. In addition, he represents clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation and wills and probate cases.
